will acknowledge your order and confirm the total cost and expected delivery
date, either by email or telephone.

all our items are hand made to order please allow us time to create your unique
piece.

Architectural Fragments - 2 weeks

If
you need your order for a particular date please let us know and we will see if
we are able to bring forward the delivery time.
This
will be dependant on our schedule at the time of your order.
Deliveries to customer within the UK are handled by Royal Mail Special Delivery,
a signature will be required.
Deliveries to customers outside of the UK are handled by DHL and a signature
will be required.
NOTE:
You are responsible for any import duty that may be incurred on entry to your
country if it is outside the UK.
Payment
We
accept payment in any of the following methods:
By
cheque
-
payable to MULVANY AND ROGERS LTD
(Overseas customers paying by cheque need a Sterling Draft, drawn on a British
Bank). Please note that we are unable to process your order
online if you are paying by this method and ask that you contact us by telephone
or email to place your order.
We
will not begin work on your order until the cheque has been cleared.
For
doll’s house orders we will accept a 50% payment when you place your order with
the balancing 50% payable on completion and before delivery. We will
advise you when this second payment is required.

Please note: we apply a 1% surcharge on Credit Card transactions (excludes Room
Boxes and Doll’s Houses) to help cover some of the merchant charges applied to
the processing of the transactions. We trust you will understand.
Privacy:
While your email and delivery addresses are required in order to process your
orders, be assured it is not our practice to pass on your details to any third
party.
Variations in Colour and Finish:
Please remember that our pieces are hand-made and painted. Colours, designs and
finishes may vary slightly.
Dissatisfaction
:
Every order leaves our studio in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied for
any reason, please contact us immediately so that we can discuss the problem.

AND ROGERS and are copyrighted. Reproduction from these items is strictly
forbidden. All rights are reserved. No part of any catalogue, printed material
or web-site may be reproduced in any form or by any means without the express,
written permission of MULVANY AND ROGERS.
IMPORTANT
Excluding
the Doll’s Houses, all our products are suitable for adults only.
THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN

THE
DUMMY BOARDS ARE NOT FIRESCREENS.
They should never be placed in front of a lighted/ working fire, or a fire that
is out but still cooling down.
