We’ll prepare an outline proposal with a price estimate and, following this, if you’d like to proceed further we’ll arrange a suitable time to meet and discuss more ideas.
If a face to face meeting isn't possible then we're happy and well used to communicating via e-mail, post and the phone.
  
Sometimes we're asked to make a copy of a client's own house. Generally this won't be as grand perhaps as Buckingham Palace, (although that isn't always the case!) and so the design when 'translated' into miniature makes the perfect doll’s house.
Occasionally clients commission a miniature copy as a memento when they move house.

We have also been asked to make a miniature showing the client’s house in its original state before unattractive additions had been made. Subsequently the doll’s house was used to assist in the planning application for architectural restorations to the real house.
